"We tried to sell this house from April 2021, the best housing market for sellers. Unfortunately we put the house to the market with a very experienced agent for 1.5 years, the house was still there for sale.During this time, the interest rate increased a lot, the house sales slowed down dramatically, we hired Mrs Tan then. We not only gave her the contract to sell the house, but also gave her a lot of work to do for the house. Since we are living in Wisconsin, she helped us to find many contractors, cleaned the house and re-arranged the house to get ready for putting it back on the market. She treated the house as her own. When the temperature dropped below 0C, she went to the house with her husband, wrapped all the pipes (watering system) with clothes outside to prevent frost damage to the house.
